Erasmus Catering is aware of the enormous effect the catering industry can have on the environment.  By implementation of simple environmental sustainability guidelines throughout our company structure Erasmus Catering is committed to environment, sustainability and reduction  of greenhouse gas emissions.

The first step is increasing staff awareness and encourage new innovative ways to prevent, reduce, recycle, and reuse of water, waste and energy. This in addition to improvements in efficiency of equipment and processes can result in significant benefits for nature and community. 

Among many implements and guidelines in our working practices Erasmus Catering is committed to keep stock as low as possible to minimize waste. If overstock occurs we donate this to charity.
Erasmus Catering Services is also making use of Solar Energy and (water) recycling. We also try to use fresh local and/or seasonal products as much as possible
